Definition Of Announcement :

Announcement is something said, written or printed to make known what has happened or more often.

In writing an announcement keep following this point :

•     The tile / type of event
•     Date / time, place
•     Contact person

 

Or  Announcement is something that someone says officially, giving information about something.
